Essential duties and Responsibilities:On the field training with retail merchandisers throughout the supply chainAnalyze internal product transfer process and assist with day to day functionsAnalyze processes, recommend improvements, and work with the team to implement changesGenerate accurate purchase orders / variance purchase orders and distribute them within standard time framesManage replenishment stocks within the supply chainParticipate with purchasing associates in negotiating prices, terms and rebates with suppliers.Assist in obtaining POD'S and BOL's from the plants to assist export teamCoordinate and negotiate freight for plant pickups with 3rd party logisticsInternship Learning Outcomes:
