Essential duties and Responsibilities:Establish and maintain positive business relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholdersRespond to general inquiries received via email and by telephone from internal and external sources.Solve problems related to orders and logistics; expedite and/or escalate as neededAccurately prepare all domestic transportation documentation as requiredCoordinate transportation and appointments with origin warehouses, carriers, and destination as requiredEnsure correct values and invoices are used for export and importHelp manage all fiscal period close demand spikesComply with applicable national regulatory laws and standardsInteract and cooperate with every level of the organization to ensure the highest level of service to our customers.Perform related duties as assigned.Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years working in supply chain and logistics, preferably working in a customer service or operations roleForeign language is a plusCertification or Degree in supply chain or logistics preferred.Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skillsExcellent verbal and written communication in EnglishAbility to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with a strong attention to detail, and must demonstrate excellent organizational skillsProactive approach to problem solving and ability to work with limited directionEffective interpersonal skills when dealing with employees at all levels, strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence others through demonstrated expertiseStrong customer focusBenefits you will enjoy:
