Description
Powder River Industries, LLC provides technical services across the entire system development life cycle (SDLC). As a prime, we are responsible for complete end to end system management for a customer's mission system. This includes a data center, integrated logistics support, COOP, and disaster recovery. As a subcontractor we are providing services from: DevSecOps, software development, network administration, systems analysis, database administration, storage engineering, hardware engineering, Tier 1 - Tier 3 support in traditional data center environments (bare metal frames), cloud, and hybrid cloud. The cloud environments we are operating in today are AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle.
Role & Responsibilities:
Coordinate communication, scheduling, logistics, travel, expenses, etc. Related to all implementations, both pre and post implementations. Maintain all documentation related to all implementations. Work with Configuration Management as necessary to support the baseline. Work with team and sites to ensure no communication is dropped and all sites are as ready as possible at all times. Communicate with logistics and engineering on all needs related to site surveys, implementations, and decommissioning/destruction.
Coordinate and oversee the implementation of technical solutions according to project timelines and client requirements.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans, timelines, and documentation related to implementation activities.Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and technical environments to ensure compatibility and feasibility of proposed solutions.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.Facilitate communication and knowledge transfer between technical teams and clients to ensure smooth handover and transition post-implementation.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them.Coordinate across all stakeholders of technical capabilities to ensure user success.Document implementation processes, outcomes, and lessons learned for continuous improvement and future reference.

Non-negotiable Requirements:
1. Top Secret with investigation current within the last 5 years
2. On-site, no remote
