We're growing fast (10x revenue from last year) and feel a strong tailwind behind us.About the RoleWe are growing fast and looking to expand our early team. You will be an important difference-maker on our team working cross-functionally across Customer Success, Operations, Sales, Growth, and Product while driving the operational excellence of our team. If you want to be the go-to fixer, take on any task and just get it done - this is the right role for you.Who You AreWe are looking for individuals who:High energy and genuine interest and excitement about ParaformActively want this kind of rolePersonality: we want folks who are relentless/ruthless, cut-throat, and seriousExceptional work ethicBachelor's degree at top universityHave previously done something undeniably exceptional or there is something really interesting/rare about the candidateHigh Aptitude - they have to be incredibly smart2 - 6 years of experience doing generalist work at an early stage start upCompensation:
