The CFO will be responsible for aligning financial systems with the company's mission, vision, and strategy, and will play a key role in driving performance, revenue maximization, and financial success. Essential responsibilities include preparing and managing budgets, financial reporting, overseeing cash flow, investments, and financing activities, as well as hiring and supervising a qualified financial staff. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of finance leadership experience in a similar setting, and be a good steward of revenue with a strong commitment to the organization's growth. The successful candidate for the CFO position at the company must be of good moral character, with a background in Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), Community Mental Health Center (CMHC), or Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC). A CPA is highly desired, and experience with SAGE Accounting suite and Microsoft Office programs is a plus. The CFO will be expected to maintain honesty and integrity in all financial operations and business dealings, and to work cooperatively with program directors to ensure the efficient provision of services.
