Senior Talent Sourcer (USA)

We are seeking a Sr. Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic recruiting team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top Quantitative and Engineering talent to support Trexquant’s growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quant and technical talent market, exceptional sourcing abilities, and a passion for connecting with candidates.ResponsibilitiesUtilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking events, etc.) to identify and engage top technical professionalsCollaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies to attract top talentProactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needsScreen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company cultureEngage with passive candidates and nurture relationships to convert them into active applicantsStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in technical sourcingAssist with other recruiting-related tasks and projects as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)2-5 years of proven experience as a sourcer or similar role, ideally with a focus on sourcing engineering or quantitative researchers (experience working as internal recruiter for a financial services company is a plus but not necessary, we welcome folks coming from agencies)Proficient in using various sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and applicant tracking systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidatesBenefitsCompetitive salary plus bonus bonus based on individual and company performanceCollaborative, Casual, and friendly work environmentPPO Health, dental and vision insurance premiums fully covered for you and your dependentsPre-tax commuter benefitsWeekly company meals
