Job Summary

The Leadership Business Partner for specific functions in Pumps, Cyclone and Valves (PCV) Business Line, plays a crucial role in aligning human resources strategies with the overall business objectives of the organization. This role is responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to the senior leadership team, helping to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement. This role serves as a trusted advisor and partner to senior leaders in the company, ensuring that HR initiatives support the achievement of the organization's goals.

Reporting to the Head of Leadership Business Partnering for the Products and PCV Business Line, you join a team who are passionate about working as Leadership Business Partners who have a strong global presence, developing leaders and employees to be at their best every day. Job Scope

Strategic HR Planning:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with the organization's long-term strategic plan.


Talent Management:
  • Oversee talent acquisition, including succession planning for senior leadership roles.
  • Develop and implement leadership development programs and training initiatives to nurture the growth and development of senior leaders.


Organizational Development:
  • Work with senior leaders to assess the organizational structure and design, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Lead change management efforts to facilitate organizational growth and adaptability.


Compensation and Benefits:
  • Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to design and implement executive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Ensure that senior leadership compensation is competitive and aligned with the organization's compensation philosophy.


Performance Management:
  • Establish and oversee performance management processes for senior leaders, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Assist in identifying areas for leadership improvement and development.


Employee Engagement and Retention:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain top talent within the senior leadership team.


What you Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree a plus.
  • PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, particularly in supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate an international matrix organization.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Change management experience and the ability to drive organizational change.
  • Willing to be coached and able to coach others.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.
