The General Manager inspires, trains, and develops Team Members every day. The General Manager is responsible for providing leadership and fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment while focusing on Daily Restaurant Operations, including Financials, People Development, Guest Satisfaction, and overall Sales.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide ongoing leadership and development to all restaurant team membersUnderstand and follow PPFF’s guidelines and standardsImprove sales, and maintain budgets through the P&LDevelop a weekly schedule that ensures all shifts are covered while maintaining the labor budgetWork with Human Resources and Director of Operations to attract, train, and orientate new Team MembersWork with the Director of Operations to reduce turnoverIdentify opportunities to improve processesGeneral Managers also need to:Possess the highest form of integrity, trust, and reliabilityBuild a team of top performers by frequent coaching, and developing future leaders by providing clear, consistent direction and feedbackEnsure all team members are properly trained, and partner with the Training Team as neededAbility to work autonomouslyCommunicate clearly and effectivelyValue each Team Member and foster a work culture of Diversity, Equity, and InclusionHave fun and embrace Plant Power’s mission of Changing The World One Burger At a TimeRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
