Plant Power takes every step necessary to provide its Team Members an equitable, safe, professional, and enjoyable work environment.Experience?If you’ve had Shift Leader experience in a Fast Food Restaurant or similar, you like who we are, are ready to run a restaurant, lead an amazing Team, and serve great food to our guests, we want to hear from you!What You Bring and What You’ll DoProvide an engaging and energetic experience to our guests by serving great food and creating a warm and hospitable environment.Support opening and closing restaurants and be accountable for running a great shift.Teach, mentor, and validate that the team members perform their positions according to company best practices.Communicate with the General Manager and Assistant Managers regarding any operational or staffing issues that may arise.Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.Follow Plant Power operating policies and standards, including providing quality food and beverages, cash handling, and restaurant safety and security.Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication.Enjoy serving great food to our guests while making a difference in the world!Embrace our Mission and Core Values.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to learn quickly.Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to work as part of a team.Ability to build relationships.Physical DemandsThe physical demands/conditions described below represent those that must be met/tolerated by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
