You will support opening and closing restaurants and, at the same time, be accountable for running a great shift. You will teach, mentor, and validate that the team members perform their positions according to company best practices. You will communicate with the General Manager and Assistant Managers regarding any operational or staffing issues that may arise before and after Managers are on site. You will lead by example!Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
