This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Aimbridge Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices.JOB SUMMARY:The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for providing direction to property teams to identify, develop, and implement all potential revenue opportunities for a full-service premium branded hotel. This remote position requires 25% in-office work, either one day a week if local or one week per month if the candidate is out of state. The role supports both long-term and short-term goals, system reporting, and accurate forecasting to maximize total revenue and profitability for the hotel. This role is also expected to participate as a key member of the Executive Committee for the hotel.QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with demonstrated success in revenue management roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, with strong abilities in data analysis.Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and yield management principles.Ability to interpret financial data and perform basic arithmetic functions.Strong understanding of revenue management principles and their impact on profitability.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.Commitment to providing exceptional service and enhancing the guest experience.East or West Coast locational experience preferred.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate with the General Manager and Director of Sales to set and manage yield controls.Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop strategies for group and catering business.Manage brand and third-party channels, analyzing ROI on marketing programs.Utilize Sales & Revenue Management systems for forecasting and reporting.Prepare and analyze market segmentation and production reports.Engage in annual pricing processes and contribute to forecasts and budgets.Participate in monthly financial reviews focused on sales revenue.Develop and coach a team of Revenue professionals as applicable.BENEFITS:After an initial waiting period, those hired into full-time positions are eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes:Medical, Dental, and Vision CoverageShort-Term and Long-Term Disability IncomeTerm Life and AD&D InsuranceThe salary for this position is $130,000.This company is an equal opportunity employer.
