Vice President of Business Development (Store Fixtures)Salary: 130K Base + Very Strong Commission Program and excellent benefit packageLocation: Anywhere in U.S.

JOB SUMMARY:Lead strategic direction and execution of business growth initiatives primarily within the custom fixtures market. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships, and driving expansion and revenue growth.

DUTIES:Develop and execute comprehensive business development and marketing strategies to achieve growth objectives.Identify and prioritize target markets and potential clients that fit our Design, Engineering Manufacturing and Sourcing capabilities.Monitor industry trends and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.Lead marketing efforts to expand the company’s presence in existing markets and penetrate new markets.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry influencers and strategic partners.Prepare and professionally present company capabilities to new prospects in various electronic formats.Communicate customer expectations to internal teams to handoff client/project related relationship including pricing, schedules, quality, and other project related details.Forecast sales and margins for new clients.Ability to travel as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:Have a proven track record of acquiring new business and growth in the custom fixture industry.Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to create and implement innovative business strategies.Strong reputations in industry built upon a high level of integrity and professionalism.Results-oriented and driven by a desire to achieve excellence through selling and development of new business.A visionary leader with an entrepreneurial mindset.Good judgment and decision making with an ability to handle diverse work problems.Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.High level of self-motivation.Friendly, positive, professional attitude.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.12+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development.

JOB RELATIONSHIPS:Report directly to SVP Client Management.Work closely with all other departments internally.

AUTHORITY:Manage strategic approach to new business opportunities.Determine target markets for fit with company capabilities.Recommend and manage marketing strategies.
