Lead a team of high quality individuals within accounting, financial reporting and transactional accounting. Invest in the training and continued development of each member of the department while helping all strive toward their full potential.Partner with operations management and accounting staff at division locations to improve efficiencies related to accounting, financial reporting and analysis.Lead the team while identifying and sharing best practices identified from various business units to improve efficiencies, profit margin and reducing risk across all divisions of the company.Improve efficiencies via process improvement and better utilization of their cutting edge ERP system, and new technology applications to shorten monthly close, improve accuracy, and capacity so the accounting department is prepared for 25% revenue growth over the next couple years.Add more value by developing improved reporting and analysis while partnering with operations management and top executives to identify actionable opportunities that will improve efficiencies, profit margin and many elements of the company.This company provides an excellent compensation package, attractive incentive bonus, generous benefits package, and a 40 - 45 hour per week, rich PTO plan, and a West Omaha location.To learn more about this position on a confidential basis call Austin Hemphill at 402.334.4800 *246 or send an e-mail to ahemphill@hemphillsearch.com.
