In this position, you will be the top financial leader taking ownership of all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and FP&A for this company with support from the CFO and CEO of the privately held holding company.Roll up your sleeves while partnering with the leadership team to maximize profitability by leveraging technology, process improvement and innovation to improve efficiency and profit in each of the 5 segments / profit centers of this growing company (sales, construction & installation, maintenance contracts, service, and parts).Play a leadership role while working closely with the President and leadership team to evaluate, value, complete due diligence, acquire & integrate strategic acquisitions, and dealerships, as the company expands geographically and by becoming a dealer for new OEM’s who serve the same target customer.Enjoy support & financial backing of a highly profitable private holding company with an impressive CEO (owner), CFO, CIO, CMO and team.This is a very attractive position with challenge and the opportunity to make a significant impact while leading this company to its full potential.Excellent compensation package with W-2 income over $200K plus an attractive equity component.
