Business Development Representative

Uptown Community Resources is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing potential business opportunities for our company. You will work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close sales deals.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and cold callingContact prospective clients to introduce our company, products, and servicesDeliver compelling presentations and demos to showcase the value of our solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are metCollaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposalsNegotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targetsStay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activitiesRequirements:

Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and sales skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsSelf-motivated and target-oriented mindsetExperience with CRM software and sales toolsKnowledge of market research techniques and analysisBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldRequirements
