to support the

Utility Helicopter Project Office’s (UHPO) Foreign Military Sales (FMS).

This position islocated in Huntsville, AL.Job Responsibilities/Duties:Provide top-quality technical expertise and solutions on all issues for HH/UH-60 series aircraft from inception to delivery to FMS customers.Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to forecast and plan FMS fielding plans for HH/UH-60 series aircraft.Conduct site visits to develop expectations for FMS customers and provide feedback to UHPO on the required steps required to fulfill customers’ aircraft fielding.Participate in PMRs and IPRs to provide current and/or future FMS case updates to SAMD and FMS customers.Provide aircraft part support and assist in expediting components required to correct aircraft faults.Provide critical input to UHPO/FMS aircraft maintenance meetings for all FMS aircraft.Support POE and POD operations for aircraft deliveries to CONUS and OCONUS locations.Assist in the construction of P&A data to support FMS LOR ensuring a total package approach of spares, GSE, publications, and modifications of aircraft to meet the intentions of UHPO and FMS customers.Provide maintenance and inspection support on new aircraft systems (i.e., HH/UH-60A/L/M/V). Perform aircraft Integrated Vehicle Health Monitoring System (IVHMS) data downloads and provide aircraft inventory, status, and flying time reporting support for UHPO aircraft.Communicate with the Project Office, Unit Commanders, New Equipment Trainers, Soldiers, and external organizations (TRADOC, DOTD, OTC, TCM, DES, PEO STRI, AFTD, SED) to resolve issues/concerns that arise during aircraft fielding to FMS customers.Support research, development, design, test, production, fielding, and sustainment of UHPO-managed training devices, training courseware, and related programs.Coordinate with external Program Offices (Air Warrior, Aircraft Survivability Equipment, Aviation Mission Systems and Architecture, Aviation Turbine Engine) and participate in IPTs to track modernization efforts and provide UHPO leadership with technical assessments and recommendations for integration to support FMS customers.Required Experience:Minimum of 15 years of experience as an HH/UH-60M operator or maintainer.Extensive understanding of aircraft systems, theories of operations, interoperability, and troubleshooting techniques.Familiarity with the Army’s modernization plans for upgrading battle command networks, communications, navigation, and survivability systems.This position requires up to 25% CONUS and OCONUS travel.Must be a US Citizen and have/able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.Preferred Qualifications:Experience instructing HH/UH-60M AQC, MTPC, IPC, or NET.HH/UH-60M IP or ME.Experience interacting with and/or training partner nation aviators.Experience conducting Joint Aviation Operations with partner nations.Experience ordering and managing aircraft spares, special tools, and test equipment.Strong written and oral communication skills.Equal Opportunity:
