Job Description:
ECS is seeking to hire a Requirements Analyst to join us in supporting Veterans Health Administration's (VHA) VA Logistics Redesign (VALOR) Program in support of Supply Chain modernization efforts within the PMO. This work is based in Washington, DC, with an option for limited remote work.
Duties include:
Development of requirements artifacts including but not limited to requirements traceability matrix, requirements dashboards, user-storiesDevelopment of business process flowsFacilitation of business processes and requirements with VA business communityProvides gap analysis of current vs. future capabilitySuperior written, verbal and oral communications skills.Advanced capability in MS office Suite including Excel, Project, VisioThis is a hybrid role at client side (at least 2 - 3 days per week).Salary Range: $95,000-$115,000

BA/BS degree.5 years Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) planning experience.3 years (minimum) Federal consulting experience.Desired Skills:
Master's degree.VA consulting experience.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
