Food Service Director

Job Overview:

As a Food Service Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the food service operations within our establishment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality food services to our customers while maintaining efficient kitchen and restaurant management practices. You will be instrumental in upholding our standards of excellence in food production, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all aspects of food production, including menu planning, preparation, and presentation.

Oversee kitchen operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and adherence to quality standards.

Lead a team of kitchen staff, servers, and other food service personnel by providing guidance, training, and support.

Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving food service offerings and enhancing customer experience.

Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment, dining areas, and storage facilities to maintain cleanliness and organization.

Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage food costs to meet budgetary goals.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and innovative cooking techniques to continuously improve food service operations.

Skills:
