Company Overview:Innovatus Technologies is a dynamic and innovative technology solutions provider to the government and DoD committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients.We are seeking an experienced Sr. People & Culture Business Partner with a robust background in HRIS implementation and data analytics to join our People & Culture team. In this role, the Senior P&C Business Partner will work collaboratively with business leaders and colleagues to align people and culture initiatives around performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, new hire orientation, employee communication, and training & development. Initially, there will be a heavy involvement in implementation of HRIS systems and ensuring data accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Participate in the development of the annual P&C strategic plan.Lead the implementation and enhancement of HRIS systems to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.Serve as the subject matter expert on HRIS functionality, providing guidance and support to P&C team members and end-users.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employment laws and HR technology.Support HR projects and initiatives related to HR technology, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.Provide guidance and interpretation on HR policies.Design and implement onboarding programs for new hires.Administer employee benefits programs.Manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required, Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience as P&C Business Partner or similar role.Must have experience in HRIS implementation.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.Government contract experience highly desired.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Excellent computer, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits:Compensation range $95,000 - $120,000 depending on experience. Full benefits including 401-K match.
