About You
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth for our restoration services.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including insurance agents, property managers, real estate agents, and plumbers.Conduct thorough assessments of clients' restoration needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers, showcasing the benefits of our services.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.Document and manage relationships using our CRM platform.Qualifications
Proven track record of success in sales is preferred but not required.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.Knowledge of the restoration industry and experience working with insurance companies is preferred but not required.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Valid driver's license.Benefits
