As an experienced media investment professional, you already know that Local Media is dynamic and more important than ever, providing clients with market specific strategies that maximize results while reducing waste. PMX has a re-imagined Local Media bringing together our Collective, Spark, Starcom, and Zenith agency brands.This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.Role Objectives:Create and activate smart, effective, inclusive and efficient advertising solutions in your assigned local markets (usually low-mid ranked and/or low-mid complexity markets)Successfully manage timelines, client guidelines, and ensure key performance metrics are achievedSuccessfully manage campaign performance reporting and total agreement fulfillmentCultivate relationships with partners/vendors that add value for our clientsBe an expert on the individual nuances in your assigned markets and know how to utilize market strengths to our client's best advantageBe an expert on the leading local buying platforms and toolsCollaborate with our team to share your knowledge and to further develop your skills and the skills of other team membersYou will have the full support of our Supervisors and Management to fuel your growth and maximize your potentialYou will have access to additional training on a vast library of advertising contentStrong potential for advancement and future career growthMinimum Requirements:1+ years of experience negotiating Local Video and/or Audio InvestmentExhibit sharp attention to detail and strong math skillsHave experience with HMX, OX and Prisma media platformsHave a strong understanding of local media measurement (Nielsen and Comscore)Publicis Groupe provides robust and inclusive benefit programs and policies to support the evolving and diverse needs of our talent and enable every person to grow and thrive.
