As a Regional Sales Manager at Pettito, you will be responsible for setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and leading a sales team to achieve and exceed targets. You will work closely with the sales team, provide coaching and training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives. If you have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for pets, we would love to hear from you!Responsibilities:Develop and implement regional sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to achieve individual and team targets.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on those opportunities.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and foster long-term partnerships.RequirementsProven experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the high-ticket retail industry.Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team towards the achievement of common goals.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to drive strategic decision-making.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
