We know that our success leads to better outcomes, changed lives, and a more equitable society for generations to come.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Grants Network Manager will support management of the firm’s growing network of roughly 400+ freelance grants consultants who make up the M&Q Grants Network. The Grants Network Manager will report to the Managing Director, Grants Network.Primary duties will include:Provide ongoing administrative and customer service support to the Grants Network – such as communicating with consultants, approving invoices and managing accounting processes, monitoring bid alerts, enforcing network policies and procedures, and handling day-to-day administrative tasksImplement the consultant onboarding initiativesDevelop and roll out improved onboarding program for consultantsImplement solutions to improve consultant integration into the networkProvide support in establishing and implementing strong feedback systems and procedures for consultantsServe as the Consultant Network Business Partner for the Health and Nonprofit practicesWork with McAllister & Quinn staff to match consultants with client grant projectsManage new consultant recruitment and onboarding, and support integration of new consultants into the networkFacilitate firm-wide coordination of resources on projectsManage consultant feedback systems and evaluationsAssist M&Q team members with consultant network needs, questions, and conflicts on projectsSupport delivery of professional development and training activities for the networkWork closely with IT team to manage the firm’s Salesforce database of information on McAllister & Quinn grant writers and projects and assist consultants and internal staff with any problems they may face with this platform.RequirementsBachelor’s degree1-3 years of related work experience preferredBackground or interest in human resources, management and leadership, or information technologyStrong skills in database and information management; Salesforce experience preferredHighly organized with strong attention to detailExcellent problem-solving skillsComfortable and poised in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExcellent people skillsInterest or experience in higher education, non-profits, healthcare, or advanced technology a plusCompensation and Benefits:Normal work hours are 8:30 am through 5:30 pm EST Monday through FridayLocation: Washington, DC; In-office on a hybrid scheduleCompetitive 401(k), healthcare, dental, employee-directed vision, basic life insurance, long-term disability, dependent care FSA, Healthcare HSA/FSA, and transit benefitsSalary consideration will be commensurate with experience: Base range is $58,000 – $65,000 and discretionary bonus eligibility.Flexible vacation and leave policy to include paid time off on most federal holidaysAt McAllister & Quinn, we’re challenging the status quo with the power of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
