Responsibilities: Identify potential business partners and opportunities to develop new contacts. Manage the distribution of new leads to the Sales team. Conduct analysis regarding the competitive landscape and assist the Account Management team with insights to develop bids. Collaborate with Marketing to develop and update collateral and online marketing efforts. Report previous sales trends, current sales status, and forecast upcoming projects. Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to capture future business. At the direction of the leadership team, assist with the development of new market initiatives for business opportunities. Develop solutions for a business development framework and work with the CSO to implement a structure that will partner with Marketing and Account Managers. Responsible for driving the continuous improvement of the sales and business development teams. Requirements: 7+ years of demonstrated success in a Business Development or Sales Management role. Experience managing customer leads by leveraging company CRM. Experience leading a team of Account Managers or Business Development Representatives. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, follow-up, and documentation skills. High energy, self-starter, and goal oriented. Eager to meet and exceed goals and targets. Comfortable making group presentations to customers. Valid Driver's License.
