The Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in visualizing and communicating our highly technical services and solutions to potential federal clients and partners. They will design diagrams, graphics, and process flows that elucidate our offerings, ensuring that our growth and proposal materials are not only informative but also aesthetically appealing.Collaborate and Translate: Work closely with our growth and technical teams to gather necessary information and translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visuals. Effective collaboration and communication are essential skills for success in this role.Design and Tailor: Create and manage design materials, diagrams, infographics, process flows, and other graphic content tailored for federal contract proposals. Ensure that all graphics are not only visually appealing but also highly effective in conveying complex ideas.Editable Formats: Design all graphics in editable formats (PowerPoint, Figma, etc.) so that others involved in federal proposal submissions can tailor graphics once basic design elements are in place. This promotes efficiency and consistency in our proposal process.Compliance and Brand Standards: Ensure all visual materials adhere to federal guidelines and compliance instructions while also aligning with company brand standards. Attention to detail in maintaining consistency with these guidelines is crucial.Continuous Improvement: Proactively update and refine existing graphics based on feedback or changes in technical data. Strive for constant improvement to enhance the quality and impact of our visual materials.Asset Management: Maintain an organized repository of all graphic assets for easy retrieval and updating. Efficient asset management helps streamline the design process and maintain consistency across proposals.Stay Current: Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and tools to ensure our visual materials remain current and effective. This includes seeking opportunities for innovation and creativity in design.What we are looking for:Minimum of 3 years of industry experience as a graphic designer, preferably within a technical or federal contracting organization.Mastery of graphic design software, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Demonstrated ability to convert technical information into insightful visuals.Familiarity with federal contract proposal requirements and standards is a plus.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, with an emphasis on visualizing complex technical concepts.A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
