Technical Business AnalystWhat does a successful Technical Business Analyst do at Fiserv?You will play a key role in bridging the gap between clients and the technology teams to design and implement project features effectively. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of data processing and analysis, coupled with solid skills in Java and Ab Initio. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SQL and have a strong grasp of enterprise architecture and design principles, along with controls experience.What you will do:Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their business requirementsDesign and implement project features that meet client specificationsWork closely with technology teams to develop technical solutionsPerform data analysis using SQL and other data processing toolsUtilize Java and Ab Initio for developing and deploying technical solutionsApply your knowledge of enterprise architecture and design principles to ensure robust project frameworksParticipate in Agile methodology practices, including planning, sprints, and reviewsCreate and maintain detailed user stories and project documentationWhat you will need to have:6+ years of experience using SQL for data analysis in a technical business analyst capacity4+ years of experience with Java programming4+ years of experience with Ab Initio6+ months of experience working on Fiserv platformsBachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, military, and work experienceWhat would be great to have:Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practicesUnderstanding of enterprise architecture and design principlesExperience with implementing and maintaining control proceduresExcellent story writing and documentation skillsThis role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York or Washington.Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
