Group Sales Executive
to join our team. You’ll play a pivotal role in securing group bookings and maximising revenue for a selection of exciting Moxy and other Marriott branded hotels across Europe.What you’ll do:Manage incoming group enquiries for our group of hotels, ensuring excellent customer service and exceeding expectations.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to
optimise revenue
for our hotels.Oversee the entire group booking process, from initial contact through to contract finalisation and execution.Maintain meticulous records, including contracts, invoices, rooming lists, and other essential documentation.Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication and collaboration skills.Leverage your knowledge of the group sales process and Moxy brand identity to secure the best possible deals for each property.Ensure accurate and timely information is communicated to our hotels, adhering to company standards.What you’ll bring:A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales and marketing, guest services, or related hospitality role.A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a relevant field is a plus, but not essential.Fluency in German
is a must.A strong understanding of the group sales process and hotel operations, particularly within the Moxy and other Marriott brands.Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.A genuine passion for exceeding expectations and achieving results.A team player with a go-getter attitude.Prior experience with booking and managing meetings & events is highly desirable.Ready to join our team and make a difference?
