Regional Sales Executive UK

is a confident support for the Regional Sales team and is a dynamic point of contact between customers and hotels.WHAT?You will utilise sales research, prospecting client-facing techniques, and administrative tasks, to maximise revenue and build customer loyalty. You’ll also provide marketing support to the hotels and the central marketing team.WHERE?Moxy London Heathrow & Moxy SouthamptonJob Role is Hybrid with travel.YOUR ROLEEvaluate, qualify, and respond to sales leads, and arrange appointments for the Regional Sales teamWhip up the contracts to finalise sales transactionsJoin-in on Sales and Marketing projects, executing activities that support the direction of your hotelsCreate sales presentations, injecting your personality and Moxy culture.Jump on sales calls to engage with prospective and current clientsProvide sales program/event coordination, reporting support, and/or general administrative support, as needed.Manage a little black book of tele-sales accountsResearch and identify new leadsSupport marketing with content creation and digital tasks as well as marketing campaignsGet stuck-in with pre-opening hotel tasksProvide support for the Group reservations teamSupport the wider UK Sales Team & Properties when requiredMAINTAINING BUSINESS GOALSEstablish and maintain complete and up-to-date lead response informationGenerate and organise sales reports using multiple data systemsLanguage requirements: Business proficient EnglishPROFILEExpected ContributionsCheck accuracy of documents and data for sharingExpress yourself, but be clear in written and verbal communicationsHave a positive, open mind, and approach all tasks this wayDisplay creativity and innovation to identify opportunities to improve processes that will enhance team productivity and business resultsGain the confidence and trust of others through consistent demonstration of authenticity and ethical standardsMaintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and informationSKILLSTop Communication abilityA whizz at Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Strong organisational skillsFUTURE CAREER PROGRESSIONThis role is an ideal way to progress into full proactive sales or marketing roles within a forward-facing, ambitious company.Training and support is ongoing through Marriott developments and internal 1:1 with your line manager.Fully supportive sales culture within the whole team – lots of high-level talent to reach out to and learn skills from.EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredPreferred minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotels either in Sales and Marketing, Group Reservations, Guest Services, or Front Desk
