Purchasing Specialist (Bilingual in Korean)

Position:Purchasing SpecialistAbout Our Client:Company's mission is to create accessible, easy to use, at home products that fuel creativity of nail enthusiasts and manicure mavens alike.Job Summary:Job Description:- Aggregate BOM/Artwork status in order to place purchase orders.- Communicate with the factory subsidiaries to receive designs and production schedule of new products for B2B and B2C Releases.- Perform inventory planning/purchasing by analyzing PSI report.- Support E-Commerce business activity such as purchasing inventory check, bundle request etc.- Closely communicate with marketing and creative team for future E-Commerce launch plan of new items.- Communicate with team to fully aggregate sales by clearly showing inventory status/replenishment schedule.- Analyze and check purchase order schedule with vendors to make sure products to be delivered within projected time period.- Support purchasing manager (vendor management, sourcing management).- Arrange shipping for the local purchase orders ahead of time to reduce any shipping delays.- Create a work schedule with the warehouse ahead of time to successfully prepare any related promotions.Qualifications:- Degree in business administration or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience as purchasing specialist or in a similar role.- Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.- Proficiency in MS and Purchasing software.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.- Strong planning and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently.Send your resume to:
