About The Team

We are seeking a Visual Designer with strong conceptual skills to help establish and build the Zillow and Zillow Group brands across all touch points. This role is on the creative team, which is part of the larger marketing organization who are on a mission to create beautiful, seamless, and inspiring experiences for our customers.

The Studio Z Creative Team is a group of designers, copywriters, and art directors that concepts, creates and executes creative assignments. We lead the creative direction for all projects that come through the Creative Services Marketing Org. The team partners with Account, Strategy, Project Management, and Production & Content. We collaborate with all of these teams to develop ideas and ensure all work ladders up to Marketing strategy and Zillow’s larger mission.About The Role

The Designer will collaborate and interact with our internal stakeholders on the development of marketing programs and initiatives, as well as the larger, overarching brand projects. We’re passionate about helping people unlock their next chapter, and we want someone that will help us build what that looks like for the future of Zillow.

This position works closely with the Creative Directors, Senior Art Directors, and Copywriters to imagine and produce engaging, original, and on-brand solutions for our interactive media, print collateral, advertising, social campaigns, and unique digital experiences.Responsibilities

Conceptualize and craft beautiful, brand and campaign experiences that push Zillow into the future.Work with more senior members of the team to generate design ideas that communicate initial concepts and follow through to deliver flawless executions.Work collaboratively with other designers, art directors, illustrators, motion designers, photographers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver on briefs.Participate in design critiques and brainstorms.Adept in researching new and groundbreaking inspiration for concepts across both digital and physical communication pieces.Coordinate and prioritize multiple workstreams within a larger project, managing their own time efficiently and productively.Take complex concepts and large amounts of data and bring them to life simply and beautifully.This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $70,100.00 - $111,900.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.Who you are

Minimum of 2-3 years of design experience at a top design studio, advertising, or reputable in-house agency.Passion and ability for branding and visual identity systems; understand how to build a brand with experience in digital and/or consumer experiences.A fast learner who enjoys working in a dynamic cloud environment, ready to take on exciting new challenges.Communicates effectively across all levels of the organization — from individual contributors to senior staff members.Must be self-motivated, able to work under pressure within tight deadlines, is highly creative, and someone who has a good gauge on the latest design trends and styles.Enthusiastic self-starter who is resourceful & adaptable when working in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated experience and passion for real estate is a plus.Exceptional ability in graphic design, preferably with experience in digital.Highly proficient in design programs like Figma and Adobe Suite that allow you to bring your vision and ideas to life.Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or Communication Design.Get to know us
