Vantage connaît une croissance exponentielle grâce à ses installations nouvelles jumelées à ses acquisitions à travers l’Amérique du Nord et l’Europe.Procurement DepartmentThe Procurement team is responsible for the management of delivering data centers from conception through commissioning, working with Sales, Operations, Development, and Engineering along the way. Construction also works closely with partner contractors to come up with a vertically integrated design and leads these partners to deliver the projects on schedule and budget. Many times, a role like this at other companies is purely oversight. One thing that distinguishes Vantage is that our technical staff is given the responsibility and authority to directly drive the process. When compared to external resources, our internal team can align long-term operational sustainability with value engineering and cost metrics to deliver products aligned with company goals. This approach empowers each member of the team to drive high-impact decisions and even more impactful results.Position OverviewThe Vice President of Procurement’s main role is to lead all aspects of the procurement processes and deploy enabling tools and procedures to drive consistency across all regions. The VP will lead a team of regional leaders and will be responsible for a total spend portfolio of roughly $5B which is rapidly growing. As the VP of Global Procurement, you will be accountable for supporting the roll out of tools which may include CLM, TPRM and other technology to accelerate and enable business growth. This role will lead all aspects of corporate procurement and be the key POC to enable regional and corporate metrics and increase the agility needed to support business growth. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills, critical thinking, superior negotiation abilities, excellent financial acumen, and exceptional communication skills.This position will be based at our office in Denver, CO. or Sterling, VA.Essential Job FunctionsOversee and lead the full procurement process and lifecycle across the global organization.Lead and develop a team of regional procurement directors.Develop and implement effective procurement strategies that align with Vantage’s objectives regionally and globally between four spend categories (OFCI, OPEX, Development and Indirect).Monitor changes in industry trends and evolving market opportunities, implementing necessary changes to procurement strategies.Maintain relationships with key suppliers and run contract negotiations.Ensure efficient and effective purchasing processes and systems are in place for optimal performance while understanding and implementing key technologies to improve efficiencies.Assess risks related to vendors in terms of cost, quality, and delivery commitments.Collaborate with regional leaders and executives to establish short- and long-term procurement needs.Develop and monitor procurement metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and report status to the senior executive team.Ensure all procurement activities adhere to laws, regulations and company policies, promoting ethical practices in all activities.Additional duties as assigned by management.Job Requirements15+ years of experience in Procurement roles, preferably in a leadership role in procurement within the construction developer space.B.S. / B.A. degree in Business (or other related degree programs), MBA or similar post graduate qualification or equivalent experience is highly preferred.Deep understanding of market dynamics and procurement processes.Superior leadership skills, with a track record of leading teams effectively.Proven experience in risk management and change management.Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.Strong analytical skills and a strategic thinker.Highly proficient in financial analysis and budgeting.Sound knowledge of industry-related procurement practices and policies.Problem-solving mentality, able to effectively troubleshoot issues as they arise.In-depth knowledge and experience of strategic sourcing processes, organization, technology required.Proficiency in the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), proficiency in Procure-To-Pay tools, Supplier performance and score carding experience preferred.Additional InformationSalary Range: $220,000-$250,000 Base + BonusThis position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.Physical Demands and Special RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
