At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOFinancial / Cash HandlingEnsure compliance of Clubs & Theaters cash handling policies and proceduresBalancing and reconciling daily/nightly ticket salesAssist Manager/Supervisor in reconciliation of cash drawers and ticket stockAssist Manager/Supervisor on pricing initiatives such as: Progressive, Platinum, Dynamic, Flex Pricing as well as Value Channels & Special Ticket Offers when applicableAssist Manager/Supervisor in distributing accurate daily ticket counts to Artist RepresentativesAssisting Manager & Supervisor with internal Ticket Orders and ReportsWork with Premium Seat Sales/VIP on any nightly upgrades, primary inventory, reports etc.Customer ServicePrompt, courteous and knowledgeable customer service both in person and over the phoneFacilitate night of show Will Call & Guest List OperationsTroubleshooting night of show issues (Transfers, barcodes, account issues, etc.)Work with Guest Services/Operations on any ADA requirementsProviding knowledge of upcoming events & upgrades availableKnowledgeable on the events culture and genreProviding positive energyOther ResponsibilitiesDaily operations on Ticketmaster host system for sales and other tasks.Following opening and closing shift proceduresFollow standards and processes for ticket types, ancillary events and qualifiersMaintain call center phone system, and keep current all phone menus and calendars of eventsAssist in maintaining Box Office cleanlinessFollow dress code policy – business casualUpdating and modifying spreadsheets as needed (Ticket Stock Log, Vault Log, etc.)Collecting, storing and tracking Lost & Found as necessaryAssist Manager & Supervisor in any tasks as they arisePosition may require 3rd Party venue coverage offsite which will include night of show management, staffing and providing equipment needs.Ensure compliance with ADA ticket lawsWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGRequired:Knowledge of Cash HandlingKnowledge of Phone & In Person Customer ServiceEntry level knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)Flexible schedule (days/nights, weekends and holidays)Tolerance of all cultures, music and art formsHigh School DiplomaPreferred:Attention to detail in a multi-tasked environmentKnowledge of ticket salesExperience in working in live entertainment operationsTicketmaster host system experienceExperience in identifying counterfeit cash / ID’sEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
