The successful candidate for this crucial position will have the skills and experience necessary to fulfill the following responsibilities:Responsible for the management of a team of enterprise loan fulfillment operations staff who handle lending operations processes including closing, documentation preparation and funding of various types of loans for the enterprise.Responsible to work with the enterprise lending and management team to focus on execution and performance management including but not limited to designing, developing and implementing strategies and tactics to improve internal and external customer satisfaction, reducing processing times and developing and delivering reporting, tracking and measurement systems to ensure high quality and production results.Establishes and monitors efficiency standards for all loan operations functions and staff to ensure efficient, timely and accurate closing and funding of loans.Makes recommendations and implements processes, procedures and policies.Ensures adherence to loan policies, procedures and compliance with lending regulations.Responsible for overall risk mitigation of the area of responsibility.Assists with regulatory exams and loan audits.Responsible for leading and developing a strong team that can handle a diverse workload due to the wide range of loan products being processed.Communicates and executes objectives necessary to meet strategic goals and works closely with the Affiliate Banks and Operations Management team to ensure activity is aligned.Responsible for hiring, terminations and conduct performance reviews.Some travel will be required for this role.Other duties as requested.Qualifications:Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field and 12+ years of expansive lending operations related experience with preferences for various types of loans, loan processes and procedure, laws and regulations.A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.Broad knowledge of lending operational, closing, documentation preparation and funding processes, procedures, practices, principles, applications and methods.Advanced working knowledge of lending regulations, laws and compliance.Exceptional leadership and people development skills required.Must have excellent management and communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with various levels of management and staff.Ability to manage multiple geographic areas and/or groups.Ability to set strategic goal and objectives.Ability to Identify, analyze and understand issues, problems and opportunities.Excellent organizational, project and time management skills.Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness in decision making and problem solving.Advanced knowledge of lending systems.Strong change management skills, with the ability to implement changes.Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - START DAY ONE!
