Treasury Management Operations Specialist - Seattle, WA (In Office)

The Commerce Bank of Washington, a division of Zions Bancorporation, is currently seeking the optimal candidate to fill a Treasury Management Operations Specialist position in Seattle, WA. This position is a fully in-office role. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a high level of client support and maintaining the back-office administration for all TM products and services. The ideal candidate must have a banking background with a working knowledge of Treasury Management products including but not limited to ACH Origination, Account Analysis, Bill Pay, Credit/Debit Cards, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, and Sweeps.Responsibilities include:Primary client support for all Treasury Management products and service requests received via phone or email from internal and external clients. Provide technical support, implementation, and training commercial clients using Treasury Management products and services via Teams or onsite.Responsible for onboarding new products and maintaining accurate data through various administrative databases specifically designed for Treasury Management products.Responsible for quality control of submitted service documentation and applications.Responsible for reviewing various reports that require action on a daily, monthly, or quarterly basis. Administer required reports extracted from the database to senior management.Backup other department responsibilities to include ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.Superior problem-solving, attention to detail, research, and decision-making skills.Customer-centric mindset and professionalism.Clear verbal and written communication skills.Self-initiator and willingness to learn and grow.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field preferred. Must have at least a high school diploma.Experience with treasury and cash management.Prior banking experience is required.Positive team attitude with the ability to get along well with other staff members.Excellent organizational skills: ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet frequent deadlines.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Reports to: Treasury Management Operations ManagerHours:Position is a full-time (40 hours) 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday excluding Banking Holidays.
