Candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related quantitative field5+ years experience mining & analyzing data as a business data analystProven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization preferably in a customer engagement contextProficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Strong understanding of data warehousing and database managementExperience working with data platforms such as Databricks, AWS and MS Azure Data LakesStrong understanding of data models, database design development and data miningStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyStrong ability to manage several complex tasks in a timely, effective mannerDemonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex data insights to the business communityDemonstrated ability to be proactive, think independently, and work collaboratively with stakeholders of various backgroundsStrong communications skillsDesired Skills:Prior experience with database and model design and segmentation techniquesPrior experience with PowerBI for reporting to both technical and leadership level recipientsStrong programming experience with ETL tools/approaches, incl. Informatica, Java, Python, Ruby etc.Practical experience in statistical analysis through the use of statistical packages including Excel, SPSS, and SASExperience with Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing/Understanding (NLP/U) methodologies and approachesDemonstrated experience with guiding the development of analytical approaches and overall data modelling methodologies with stakeholders from varying backgroundsProven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with clear, direct and courteous communication
