Work you'll do:

Collaborate with IT / Developers for other systems to integrate across the businessDevelop end to end Salesforce solutionsAutomate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, and email AlertsBuild integrations between Salesforce and external applicationsPerform data updates / migrationParticipate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirementsAdhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand code.Ability to effectively debug and resolve issues and/or defects which may be reported as a result of faults in the production systemAssist in writing technical approach and design documentation as required

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

At least four (4) years within the last eight (8) years of configuration experience on two (2) completed Salesforce PaaS implementations - need referenceable clientsConfiguration experience includes configuring applications and reports; setting up users, roles, and profiles; and assisting in the execution of user acceptance testingPossession of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering, or four years of equivalent industry experienceAt least 1-2 Salesforce Certifications - Salesforce Development certifications preferredAbility to write, interpret, and critique technical specificationsBuild Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CommunitiesExperience implementing and developing end to end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization - APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components etc.Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and email AlertsPerform data updates / migration using Data Loader and other similar toolsLimited immigration sponsorship may be available.Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Prior Consulting or relevant industry experienceCertified Salesforce professionalA proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practicesExperience working with large data setsCompetency and general web development experience in other languages / development (XML, Flex, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, C++, SOAP-based web services, HTML, CSS)Demonstrates continued personal/professional developmentActive in the Salesforce community.Soft skills: the ability to gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholders.The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $114,000 to $190,000.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
