About the Position

The Golden State Warriors are looking for an organized individual to lead CRM administration and assist with sales operations project coordination and non-CRM systems administration for our Tickets and Premium Sales & Service teams, as well as various other CRM-related organizational projects. In this role, you will manage our CRM sales and service systems while helping us continue to build upon the foundation of our Salesforce roadmap and managing our membership agreements. This position reports to the Director, Sales Operations.Come share your expertise while learning more about this growing sports and entertainment organization that values your initiative and dedication!This is a part-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules, etc.Lead Salesforce configuration changes, including flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reportsLead sandbox environment managementCreate platform roadmap and define priorities; lead communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholdersOversee data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as neededCollaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements, translating into best practices and scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experienceCreate and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, run books and user guidesEnsure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debuggingProvide ongoing support and maintenance of existing Salesforce applications/integration; troubleshooting and resolve issuesDesign and develop custom applications, features, automations, and integrations within the Salesforce platformAssist with user support tickets; develop new user and ongoing user training including user adoptionAssist in the management of all Chase Center memberships agreement data within SalesforceStay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trendsOther duties as assignedRequired Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum 3 years as a Salesforce Certified Administrator; 2+ years in digital marketing or sales operationsExperience managing system and software changes; DevOps/release management experienceUnderstanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledgeProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SalesforceExcellent written and verbal communication, customer service and resolution skillsAbility to collaborate cross functionally and build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organizationAbility to anticipate needs, take initiative and provide creative solutions independentlyAbility to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environmentCompensation
