DescriptionWho We Are Looking ForUSANA Health Sciences is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and innovative director to build the U.S. English speaking market. In this role, you will oversee the growth and development of the U.S. English market by developing creative growth plans and strategies, leading the day-to-day interaction with the English-speaking sales managers and field leadership, training on new company programs, and encouraging and supporting leadership advancement/recognition and developing leadership trust and belief in USANA.In this director role, you will showcase your previous success and experience in the network marketing field as you lead the strategic decision-making to drive the key performance indicators, which include increasing active customer and Associate count while developing the next generation of leadership. Having the ability to think outside of the box and being open to new ideas and ways of learning will be extremely important to not only your success but the success of USANA’s Associates.A successful individual in this position will exemplify USANA’s core values and will be an essential key to the growth of our customers and organization.What You Will Do as USANA’s Director of U.S. SalesDevelop strong partnerships with field leadership to maximize activity, engagement and overall sales efforts to enhance sales revenue and profitability.Design and implement data driven strategic programs.Establish and report on agreed KPI’s and exceed targets as it relates to new associate and customer enrollments, rank advancements and overall customer count growth within the English-speaking market.Produce launch and activation programs for introducing new products, sales tools to train field and ensure successful adoption.Oversee the creation of successful sales programs, contests and incentives to drive leadership development and rank advancement.Lead team of regional sales managers to achieve weekly goals and regional sales targets.Establish and direct the annual strategic calendar, events, budgets and performance targets for English speaking sales team.Manage and assess commercial success and provide feedback and recommendations to optimize and drive field performance.Organize and support recruiting and sales presentations to grow active distributor count and new customer acquisition.Identify and support opportunities for field leadership development, coaching individual leaders and their teams and recognizing and reinforcing successful practices.Background And Skills You Will NeedBachelor’s degree in business or related field.7–10 years of experience growing and developing field development and sales.Ability to implement sales development initiatives, sales metrics and group/individual goals.Ability to effectively communicate difficult concepts in person, over the phone, via video calls, social media platforms, and influence others to make decisions.Strong strategic and analytical skills.What Will Make You StandoutDirect Selling industry experience required.Proven results supporting and motivating large field teams.About USANASince 1992, USANA has provided the world with the highest-quality products focused on nutritional supplements, skincare, and a healthy lifestyle.
