Mentra is seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in B2B tech startups, preferably with experience in enterprise product development. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering, sales, and customer success teams to build a product that drives value to enterprises and meets the evolving needs of our customers.Define product strategy and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goalsConduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product decisionsCollaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to develop, launch, and iterate on new product featuresCreate and maintain product requirements documents and user stories to guide engineering effortsDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future improvementsEstablish strong relationships with key customers to better understand their needs and gather valuable feedbackWork closely with the executive team to communicate product updates, performance, and strategic directionRequirements

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B tech startup environmentDemonstrated experience building products for enterprise customersProven ability to take enterprise products from 0 to 1, ideally with experience working on B2B2C productsStrong understanding of product management methodologies, tools, and best practicesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teamsAnalytical mindset with the ability to define and track KPIs to measure product successPassion for creating inclusive products and a deep understanding of the unique needs of neurodivergent individualsProven experience in driving product-led growth to convert self-service clients to full contractsAbility to interact fluently with key enterprise customers involving multi-stakeholder deals alongside our sales leaderDemonstrated success in defining MVPs, working with design partners across the full spectrum of product managementPreferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile development methodologiesFamiliarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ProductboardKnowledge of the neurodiversity employment landscape and relevant regulations
