The sales ops analyst role will partner closely with our sales leadership, professional services, and finance teams to design processes, analyze data for better decision making, and support planning efforts around forecasting, territory design and pipeline/capacity needs. Your strong analytical skills and creative thinking will allow you to make impactful recommendations that advance the priorities and efficiency of the team and the company. Success in this role requires a roll up your sleeves attitude, a team first approach, and an ability to work effectively across different business units.Job Core Duties

Provide sales operations support to revenue generating departmentsCreate, maintain and present reporting and metrics for revenue generating departments via both CRM (SFDC) and sheets.Maintain data hygiene and organization within CRM (SFDC) including, but not limited to: logging executed order forms, logging SOW’s, standardize and maintain SFDC reporting and dashboards, general data clean-up, etc.Format data from CRM and other systems for presentations for regularly occurring meetings for effective decision makingUse creative thinking to make recommendations based on data analysisExecute order processing through CRM (SFDC)Collaborate with Finance to provide time tracking data required for professional services billingUse excellent writing skills to draft SOWs based upon input and requests from executivesTrack various metrics in CRM and other systems and perform varying levels of analysis including, but not limited to: pipeline analysis, win/loss analysis, capacity analysis, performance analysis, and departmental metric trackingJob Qualifications

5+ years of sales operations experience3+ years in a Salesforce environment with top-notch Salesforce skills and savvyStrong presentation creation and writing skills (tools: Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets)Detail oriented and organizedStrong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)Strong relationship building and collaboration skills - we want an influencer!General and organic curiosityProblem solver and achieverPreferred skills: CPQ, Deal Desk experience and Salesforce.com Admin CertifiedSalary: $92,000 - $110,000 a yearWe take into account an individual’s location, qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
