Compile food orders from facultyPlace food and supply orders from appropriate companiesReceive orders, shelve items using best practices for food and consumable inventoryMake grocery purchases for specialized itemsSubmit invoices to Business Office for paymentReconcile petty cashMaintain inventory of food and suppliesMonitor supply usage to reduce waste at the end of semestersCoordinate with Facilities for work ordersContact service companies for equipment maintenance and repair not covered by FacilitiesClean and organize all storage areasEnsure laundry is completed (with support from faculty)Coordinate opening and closing kitchen and bake shop each semesterFaculty Support

Maintain open communication with full- and part-time facultyCommunicate status of work orders on a weekly basisRequirements:
