Full Time$90,000 - $100,000Medical & DentalPTODuties/Responsibilities:

Build requirements for the Unified Scholarship Application system using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis using charts and diagrams.Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources to reconcile requirements conflicts, decompose high-level requirements information into detailed requirements, and distinguish user requests from the underlying existing needs.Communicate and collaborate with external and internal project stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the State SDLC artifacts.Implement and apply best practices such as the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) in requirements definition and management.Document requirements in acceptable industry standards.Study current system capabilities, identifying improvements in current system processes and functionality to recommend modifications in preparation for major system installations.Recommend controls by identifying existing problems to write to-be procedures.Prepare milestone status reports and deliveries/presentations on the system concept for colleagues, subordinates, and end-user representatives.Create user guides and functional and non-functional requirement specifications of current and future systems.Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts.Conduct functional testing prior to user acceptance testing (UAT).Must Have Experience:

Must have five (5) years of computer experience working independently or under general direction on complex large-scale cloud-based applications.Demonstrate an understanding of common challenges and how to document application development or software implementations to meet requirements for reports, interfaces, data conversion, and added functionality.Preferred knowledge of MHEC financial aid systems.Possess a strong understanding of the complete systems development lifecycle from project inception through system operations and maintenance.Excellent business and analysis skills, including past training in IIBA, BABOK, or equivalent industry training.Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Education:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
