The Role
As a Technical Recruiter for our Product team, you will partner with our SVP of Product to source, recruit, and close talented professionals to join the Verkada Product team. You’ll have exposure to a number of roles across the Product organization, from MBA interns, to Product Pricing Strategy and Operations roles, as well as multiple levels of Product Managers. We are one of the fastest-growing companies in Silicon Valley and you will be essential to our continuous growth and success.
Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: source passive talent, maintain a healthy pipeline, deliver offers, and close top candidatesDevelop relationships with the Product team and contribute your expertise on effective hiring strategies for the marketMake compelling presentations to candidates about Verkada and the Product teamOrganize and host remote and on-campus University Recruiting eventsPartner with teammates to make improvements to our hiring processes as we continue to scale
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited university5+ years of successful full-cycle technical recruitingConsistently able to generate a well-targeted and high-quality candidate pipeline for complex and difficult to find rolesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on timely and transparent communicationAbility to influence and collaborate with hiring managers using a data-driven approachAdept at managing competing priorities and navigating a fast-paced startup environmentCommitment to excellence and top performance
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience recruiting for Product roles, especially for complex B2B product companiesExperience and interest in University Recruiting to continue building our pipeline of top MBA candidatesKnowledge of Greenhouse, Covey, and GoodTime

At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

$105,000—$150,000 USD
