Take the next step in your legal career and join a vibrant community of Epiq legal professionals!We are actively seeking Commercial Contracts Attorneys located anywhere in the US with the following qualifications:Minimum of 5+ years of legal experience in commercial contracting.Excellent legal experience, with a background in an in-house environment preferred.Substantive experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts such as supply chain/logistics agreements, master service agreements, manufacturing agreements, technology agreements, vendor agreements, nondisclosure agreements, licensing agreements, etc.Experience supporting global clients preferred.Ability to multitask, work independently, interface directly with clients, and complete time-sensitive work product quickly.Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal business clients, support staff, external resources, and other collaborators.Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and function independently without extensive supervision.JD Degree from an accredited institution.Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside.Epiq Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs.
