Our legal client is seeking an associate attorney to handle complex commercial cases, insurance defense, and/or other general civil litigation.
RequirementsQualified candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in government representation, complex commercial cases, insurance defense, and/or other general civil litigation.Be part of the client's government representation and civil litigation practice groups.Must be able to litigate cases from start to finish, including experience drafting pleadings, written discovery, taking/defending depositions, and drafting motions and conducting oral arguments.It would be beneficial to have actual trial experience, either as first or second chair, although this is not required.Candidates must be members in good standing of the New Jersey Bar.Hybrid role based in New Jersey.
