Come join the Customer Success, Data and Analytics Team as a Senior Business Data Analyst. We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our team and deliver a delightful experience for our customers by prioritizing great customer experiences and help experience across all TurboTax products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving targets, coordinating with a team of peer analysts in developing dashboards, contributing to and utilizing GenAI tools, launching tests and recommending winners as well as providing data-driven insights that will improve customer help experience. As a senior member of the analytics team, you should have a strong track record of combining advanced analytics skills, knowledge of product development and customer experience including experimentation, and exceptional business acumen.Responsibilities

Establish and promote best practices for reporting strategies, data visualization, data interpretation and data integrity.Create dashboards to understand key drivers of growth/conversion and proactively come up with ideas to improve conversion rates.Use Hypothesis-driven approach to drive setup and analysis of A/B tests, and provide recommendations based on the test performance.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with rapidly changing technology; willingness to adapt to new software, technology, and stakeholder needs quickly.Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and the evolving analytics landscape.Minimum Qualifications

4+ years relevant experience with a proven track record of leveraging analytics to drive significant business impact in software development.Superior technical knowledge & proficiency with SQL to perform data acquisition, segmentation, and aggregation from existing data sources.Extensive data visualization experience with Tableau or Qlik or other relevant dashboarding tools. Tableau/Qlik certification is a big plus.Knowledge of programming languages, automation tools and stats packages (e.g. python, SAS, Alteryx, hive, R) preferable.Exceptional analytical skills and strong business acumen.Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence decision makers and build consensus with teams.Project Management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have flexibility to shift priorities when needed.Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, Math, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or graduate degree in a related field a plus. Equivalent Experience will be considered.
