Good banking domain background with Advanced SQL knowledge is a MUSTExpert in Advanced Excel functions used for data analysisAbility to understand Physical and Logical Data Models and understanding of Data Quality ConceptsWrite SQL Queries to pull/fetch data from systems/DWHUnderstanding of Data Warehousing conceptsUnderstanding the Data Movement between Source and Target applications and perform data quality checks to maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistencyExperience in analysis/reconciliation of data as per the business requirementsConduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problemsUnderstanding requirements directly from clients/client stakeholders and writing code to extract relevant data and produce reportsExperience Required: 5-7 Years
Roles & Responsibilities
Interpret data, analyze results using Data Analysis techniques and provide ongoing reportsDevelop and implement databases, data repositories for performing analysisAcquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data repositoriesIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data setsFilter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problemsWork with management to prioritize business and information needsLocate and define new process improvement opportunitiesGood exposure and hands-on experience with Excel features used for data analysis & reporting
