Fellowship Student Ministries seeks a highly relational, Biblically solid youth pastor to join the Student Ministry Team. The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in full-time youth ministry. A great fit with our staff team is essential. This position will oversee 5th-12th grade ministries that are divided into Middle School (5th-7th) and High School (8th-12th).Job Description
Youth Ministry at Fellowship:Fellowship’s youth ministry has continued to grow over the past few years. Currently, the ministry has 120-150 students on any given Wednesday. Our staff team is healthy, experienced, and ready to embrace our next teammate.Duties:
Plan and lead engaging youth group meetings, Bible studies, and worship servicesOrganize and oversee youth events, retreats, and mission tripsCollaborate with other church leaders to coordinate activities and integrate youth into the larger church communityServe as a positive role model for youth members, demonstrating Christian values in all interactionsPartner with parents in the discipleship of studentsQualifications:
Seminary training (preferred)Growing walk with the LordExcellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage and inspire youthAbility to present complex Biblical truth in a relatable manner for young audiencesStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower youth and volunteersExperience leading a youth ministryAlignment to core beliefs of the churchIf you are passionate about working with youth, guiding them in their faith journey, and making a positive impact on their lives, we encourage you to apply for this position.
