We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our Sales department. You will act as a liaison between our sales team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing in every way so the company can exceed its sales targets and goals.
This is an in-office position based out of Denver, CO working in a high performing sales environment.
As a Sales Account Executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients' needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to end.
Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.
Sales Account Executive Responsibilities:
Managing the assigned accounts
Pitching and closing new and existing business
Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and goals
Being the first point of contact for clients
Setting up meetings with clients
Handling customer inquiries
Bringing in prospective customers
Being fully aware of all updates about products/services
Monitoring sales performance
Suggesting and implementing new ideas
Sales Account Executive Requirements:
Experience as a Sales Account Executive
Good customer service skills
Customer engagement abilities are a plus
Familiar with CRM software and MS Office
Handling sales performance metrics
Great communication and negotiation skills
Superb analytical and time-management skills
BA/BSc in Business, Marketing or a related field
Gesture is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $50,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
