JOB PROFILE

: Network and Computer Systems Admin, Level 1

JOB LOCATION:

Atlanta, GA

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks as outlined below. The order of the duties listed does not represent their importance or the percentage of time dedicated to each duty.Manage Help Desk requests, providing frontline support for all issues regarding end-user computing.Install and configure all end-user Windows desktops and laptops and maintain current corporate standards through repair and upgrade.Monitor system backups and assist with system recovery testing.Administer Office 365 and support Microsoft Teams.Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user equipment using current corporate standards.Install and configure end-user software using current corporate standards.Maintenance of hardware and software standards through updates, upgrades, repairs, and installation of patches and fixes.Includes installation of new software releases and system upgrades, evaluation, and installation of patches.Support and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure industry and company compliance are upheld.Perform routine System Checks.Submit PO requisitions for equipment as needed.Manage and maintain IT inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, timely updates and proper documentation of all hardware and software assets.On-call- and weekend hours may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS:Fast learner with strong technical aptitude, attention to detail and follow-up skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills (essential)Professional, courteous, friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service skillsAbility to work in an extremely fast-paced environment with varying duties assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in applicable field of study preferred or equivalent combination of education, certification, and job experience may be considered.Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience preferred
